In 2019, ZYB Craft embarked on a journey filled with hops and dreams alongside Twelve Guns Brewery, a rising star in the craft beer constellation. Together, we embarked on an exciting brewing adventure, conjuring a 5-barrel microbrewery project that would bring a dash of enchantment to every pint. At the heart of this venture stood a 5-barrel microbrewery system, meticulously crafted by ZYB Craft's artisans. It was designed to bring Twelve Guns Brewery's creative brewing vision to life, ensuring that every batch was a captivating journey of flavor.
Tradition met technology as we introduced cutting-edge elements throughout the brewing process, from the mash tun to the fermentation tanks. This blend allowed Twelve Guns Brewery to embrace new frontiers while staying true to the timeless essence of their brews. Sustainability was at the core of this project. Our microbrewery system was crafted to minimize the ecological footprint while maximizing efficiency, perfectly in tune with Twelve Guns Brewery's eco-aware philosophy.
