In 2018, ZYB Craft embarked on a journey of innovation and brewing exploration alongside Parsons North Brewing, a beacon of creativity in the craft beer landscape. Together, we embarked on an epic quest, conjuring a 10-barrel microbrewery project that would bring bold flavors and new adventures to life.
At the heart of this endeavor lay a 10-barrel microbrewery system, crafted with care by ZYB Craft's artisans. It was designed to breathe life into Parsons North Brewing's unique brewing vision, ensuring each batch was a ticket to taste sensations. Parsons North Brewing is celebrated for its fearless approach to brewing. ZYB Craft shared this passion for creative brews, and our microbrewery system was meticulously designed to enhance the distinctive tastes that define Parsons North Brewing's liquid art.
We seamlessly blended tradition with technology, infusing cutting-edge elements throughout the brewing process, from the mash tun to the fermentation tanks.
