  • I’ve occasionally taught at the Institut Brassicole du Québec (2017-2019).

  • MacKroken Flower. Winner of the 4e de 1000 Bieropholie, 2004, now recognized as a classic example in the province.
  • Zusammenarbeit, Loup rouge in collaboration with Bobcat Cafe, Vermont. First Gose in Quebec and winner of La grande brasse, Bieres et saveurs 2009
  • Poudre jaune, Lagabiere. First hoppy sour with my own techniques at Lagabiere, 2017
  • Projet Cask : Sure houblonnee, Lagabiere in collaboration with Boreale Winner of Projet Cask Boreale, Bieres et saveurs 2018
  • Alliances, Epitaphe in collaboration with MacAllen Farm & Brewery. A scotch ale aged 8 months in Islay barrels that helped us be spotted by the Scottish distilleries, 2018
  • Larvikite, Epitaph. A first recipe in a Kveik IPA lineage, 2019
