The primary focus of this cellar update was to modernize and optimize Brasserie du Loup Blanc's existing brewing infrastructure, ensuring it meets the demands of their growing production needs while maintaining the exceptional quality of their craft beers. Our team meticulously assessed their current setup and designed a comprehensive solution that seamlessly integrates with their operations.
One of the key components of this update is our advanced fermentation tank system. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, these fermentation tanks are engineered to provide precise temperature control, optimal yeast activity, and consistent fermentation results. With their innovative design and superior insulation, these tanks ensure that Brasserie du Loup Blanc can produce beers with enhanced flavor profiles, clarity, and stability.
In addition to the fermentation tanks, we introduced cutting-edge bright tanks to the brewery's cellar. These specialized tanks play a crucial role in the final stages of beer production, ensuring clarity, carbonation, and the perfect presentation of the finished product. Equipped with advanced carbonation and conditioning features, our bright tanks enable Brasserie du Loup Blanc to achieve the desired carbonation levels and maintain the freshness of their beers.
