Key features of this bespoke brewery setup include:

*Grain handling: Double roller mill + chain disc conveyor
*Brewhouse: 3 vessels, comprising a 10HL Mash Tun (MT), Lauter Tun (LT), and Kettle Whirlpool Tank (KWT)
*Water station: 20HL Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) + 20HL Cold Liquor Tank (CLT)
*Steam system with electric-powered steam generator and piping lines
*PLC control system for seamless operation

While material transfer within the brewhouse relies on manual valves, the incorporation of a PLC touch screen on the brewhouse platform facilitates precise parameter control. Temperature, motor speed, timing, and other critical variables are effortlessly managed through the user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
This tailor-made brewhouse unit has been designed to accommodate the unique requirements of Bearnaise, enabling them to explore a diverse range of beer recipes and propel their brewing business to new heights.
